About Us . . .
Owner, Tony Trepasso, early in his career worked behind the drafting board with architects, engineers and owners to help in the design process. With his passion for construction, as well as, working with people, he gravitated toward the construction side of the industry. While attending the University of North Florida, he worked in the field as a construction superintendent with duties ranging from pushing a broom to maintaining construction budgets. He graduated with a degree in Building Construction Management and obtained his contractors license for the state of Florida and then Colorado. He has a unique “hands-on” knowledge of the construction industry that ranges from commercial demolition to putting the final touches on a custom home.

During his career he has gained a wealth of knowledge worked for some of the greatest companies in the industry. He has adopted the best construction principles and practices that each company had to offer.
Tony has 15 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He has the experience and knowledge to apply the most effective construction principles to bring your project in on time and within budget.
The company was founded on the belief that an outstanding project is achieved by understanding the needs and commitments of its clients. This coupled with an experienced construction team will create a synergy among the owners, architects, designers and construction professionals resulting in our clients achieving their goals.
