The Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation:

"Rehabilitation" is defined as "the process of returning a property to a state of utility, through repair or alteration, which makes possible an efficient contemporary use while preserving those portions and features of the property which are significant to its historic, architectural, and cultural values."

Our Rehabilitation, Renovation and Restoration work is based on the Guidelines and Standards established by the Department of Interior Standards for Rehabilitation. Our subcontractors and materials suppliers for our projects are chosen because of their unique experience in historic renovation.

We pride ourselves in being able to integrate modern construction methods and materials to update and improve the efficiency without destroying the charactor or charm that makes it unique. With our attention to detail, once restoration is complete, it should look like it simply has a fresh coat of paint.
